ALM type aluminium alloy centralized continuous melting furnace is a kind of fast melting furnace, supplying constant temperature aluminium liquid for aluminium alloy forming, comparing with the traditional furnace which is used at the same time of melting, the quality of formed aluminium alloy products and the qualified rate have been improved remarkably, with the features of fast melting speed and stable aluminium temperature.

This furnace is designed as a tower structure, divided into melting room, preservation room, soup room, preservation room and soup room have a slag wall to ensure that the supply of aluminium liquid is more pure, solid aluminium feeding for the chain-type trolley automatic loading, according to the set parameters of the automatic switching of the size of the fire. Optimised and perfected for energy saving, the combustion air is preheated by exhaust gas and mixed with fuel to make the combustion more complete and energy saving.
