JBL type aluminium alloy melting and holding furnace is a kind of furnace which is placed at the side of the machine and supply aluminium liquid independently for this machine, widely used in multi-grade aluminium die-casting factory and large-scale die-casting machine.

Compared with the traditional crucible-type furnace, the quality and conformity rate of the formed aluminium alloy products are significantly improved, with fast melting speed and stable aluminium temperature.

This furnace is designed as tower structure, divided into melting room, preservation room and soup taking room, with slag separating wall between preservation room and soup taking room to ensure that the aluminium liquid supplied is more pure, and the solid aluminium is put into the chain trolley for automatic loading, and the size of the fire is switched automatically according to the set parameters.

Optimised and perfected for energy saving, the combustion air is preheated by exhaust gas and mixed with fuel to make the combustion more complete and energy saving.

With auxiliary equipments: automatic charging rack, smoke collection hood, simple operation platform. This furnace is highly customised, customers can choose the direction of slagging and feeding according to the site conditions.
