JTS type energy-saving gas crucible furnace is an alternating combustion crucible furnace, which adopts double heat exchanger and double combustion system to carry out alternating reciprocal combustion of heat storage/release.

It is 30-40% more energy-saving than single-burner energy-saving gas crucible furnace.

It has the advantages of fast furnace start-up, simple maintenance, low aluminium melt loss and long service life.

The combustion mode of this furnace is diffusion type, the emission of nitrogen oxides meets the national emission standard, the exhaust gas emission temperature is as low as 150°, which effectively reduces the temperature of the working environment, and the combustion mode of this furnace makes the service life of the crucible more stable than that of other gas-fired crucible furnaces.
